2 Months

Henry is getting so big! I am having so much fun comparing my kids. Lily was almost 10 lbs at this age and Henry is 12.5 lbs. Lily wasn't even this big at 4 months. But they were the same length at this age. Lily was more vocal by now and Henry is a little more reserved.

 

 

They actually look pretty similar in the face, but Henry is a chunky baby and Lil was a string bean. They are such beautiful children. How I love them!

 

 

Well Babies



This is super late in posting, but I wanted to say my babies are getting big and beautiful! 

 

I love this girl. She put a CD up to her face and then sucked on her binky through the hole. She was walking around this way.

This boy gained a pound in 2 weeks! Woot! He's a great eater! Love those cheeks!

15 months!

Lily is still a  skinny lady, but she's growing wonderfully! I'm loving this age SO much! She's incredibly fun. She understands most of what I say to her, even though she can't really say much back. She loves climbing on me and walking while holding onto my fingers. She loves being outside, even just to sit and watch the neighbors. We have a great time together!

She has 7 teeth (4 top and 3 bottom) and has learned how handy it is to be able to bite things with those teeth.

Weight: 19 lbs 1 oz (4th Percentile)
Length: 31.5 inches (78th Percentile)
Head: 46 cm (53rd Percentile)

She LOVES pears, pearls and pajamas lately. Really, it's any fruit, any necklace and any soft clothes.

She LOVES crawling with shoes on her hands and spends all day moving shoes from our front door shoe rack to other rooms of the house.

I adore this baby more than anything! She is a wonderful little spirit and I'm enjoying every moment I spend with her.

12 months

Lily and I visited with wonderful Dr Harrison yesterday. Lily is still on the curve showing that while she's thin and tall, she's just right. 

We're getting some assistance for her gross motor skills, but her language, fine motor skills and eating habits are great. It's SO fun to see her learn and grow! She's at such a squirmy, active, and fun age. I love her more and more eat day!

9 months!

These days, Lily enjoys reading, daddy,

and sleeping.

I wish she enjoyed eating more. Gosh, she's skinny for her age! Soon, we'll introduce whole milk and I have high hopes for her putting on some weight.

6 months!

My baby is getting so big!

She wiggled so they couldn't measure her correctly the first time. The Dr figured she hadn't gotten shorter so she re-measured. She only grew 1/2 inch in length, but got some fat on her!

I love this shot of her little feet and the double chin. This face is a classic Lily face.

4 months!

Oh my goodness, my baby is 4 months old! We visited the doctor and got her check up and I was surprised by what we learned. My baby is a string bean! Super long and skinny!

This outfit fits in length but not in width so she looks wider than she really is in this picture.

She's getting good at grabbing at toys hanging in front of her, and she's starting to put everything into her mouth. She smiles lots and giggled for the first time this week. I'm working on a video of her giggles. No rolling over yet, but she can hold up her head and her chest.
